Mangino Buick GMC in Town of Ballston is seeking a Customer Care Representative to enhance their Business Development Department. You will be the initial contact for customers, connecting their needs with our services through various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have dealership BDC experience and thrive in a customer-focused environment. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $40,000 to $55,000 per year, plus commission, along with comprehensive health benefits including dental and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Dealership BDC experience preferred.
• Experience with VIN solutions and CDK preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and establish follow-up with appointments.
• Make outbound customer calls to generate dealership traffic and new business.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using e‑mail, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial information and elevate them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Maintain positive relationships with BDC teammates, sales teams, service teams, and dealership management.

Mangino Buick GMC are currently looking to expand their Business Development Department with a new Customer Care Representative. This position will be our valued customer's initial point of contact, skillfully connecting their needs with our top-notch goods and services. You can influence a client's journey with us with each phone call, email, or chat. Come along with us as we lead the road to unmatched client experiences!

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and establish follow-up with appointments.
• Make outbound customer calls to generate dealership traffic and new business.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using e‑mail, scripts, and templates.
• Provide customers with initial information and elevate them to the appropriate dealership resources for further information.
• Follow up with leads that may not be ready to make an appointment or that resulted in a no‑show.
• Participate in all team and process‑development sessions.
• Maintain positive relationships with BDC teammates, sales teams, service teams, and dealership management.
• Utilize company systems daily (CRM, DMS, etc.).
• Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Complete any required forms, prepare change of address records, or update customer information using computers.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Crosstrain in both sales and service departments as needed.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of sales and service information.
• All other work-related duties as assigned.

• $40,000-$55,000/year
• Base Pay plus monthly commission
