Job summary

CBH Homes in Boise, ID, seeks a Construction Manager, Superintendent, Foreman or similar supervisor with 3+ years in new home construction. You will oversee on-site trades, coordinate subcontractors, and represent CBH Homes with teammates and partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in construction supervisory role.
• Thorough knowledge of all trades.
• Ability to build relationships with trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet deadlines and ensure quality on-site.
• Oversee on-site operations in a fast-paced new home construction environment.
• Represent CBH Homes with teammates, subcontractors, and partners during daily on-site activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years + experience as a Construction Manager, Superintendent, Foreman, or equivalent supervisory role in New Home Construction
• A thorough knowledge of all trades
• Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative
• Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
• Ability to build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with our Trade Partners
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
