Job summary

Rydell Auto Center in Grand Forks, ND, is looking for a Customer Care Representative with a passion for service. The role suits an energetic person who enjoys technology, interacting with people, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule is 10am-7pm, Monday-Friday, plus every 4th Saturday, with a pay of $17.00/hour. Responsibilities include assisting customers by phone and email, scheduling appointments, handling complaints, generating new leads, and supporting the lease portfolio with

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and email to support sales, service and inquiries with 100% satisfaction.
• Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with sales staff.
• Handle complaints diplomatically and refer to the right person for resolution.
• Prospect new customers through ownership loyalty processes.
• Provide long-term follow-up to lease portfolios and internal databases.
• Maintain professional, efficient communication and minimize hold times.
• Support managers with clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, professional and courteous to customers and coworkers.

Schedule/Pay

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through all aspects of sales, service and general inquiries via phone and email – ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Support sales staff and management by scheduling customer appointments
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
• Generate and prospect new customers through owner loyalty processes
• Provide long-term follow up to our lease portfolio, manifests and internal customer database
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
• Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
