Duraco Specialty Materials is seeking a Customer Care Representative to serve as the nerve center of order processing and customer communication. You will own the order lifecycle, verify pricing, and enter data across multiple ERP systems to keep customers informed and orders moving.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with buyers and teams at Forest Park, IL, delivering a responsive, customer-first service. Previous experience in order entry or customer service within a B2B or manufacturing

What Your Day Looks Like:

You’ll start your morning reviewing open orders, checking for any issues or delays, and jumping in to find solutions. You’ll communicate directly with customers, keeping them informed and reassured, while entering orders, confirming pricing, and making sure every detail is right. You’ll navigate multiple ERP systems, collaborate with buyers, and coordinate with teams across locations—all while keeping your inbox and priorities organized.

Hourly range for this position is between $21.00 - $26.00 depending on skillset and qualifications.
