Responsibilities

• Place outbound follow-up calls to consumers to ensure product delivery and satisfaction.
• Answer inbound calls to take orders and resolve issues.
• Enter orders with high accuracy and volume.
• Maintain department standards with accuracy and adaptability.
• Participate in ongoing training on policy, product, and processes.
