• Receives dealer orders and edits inaccuracies per standard cabinet specifications.
• Identifies items for custom requests and liaises with dealers to verify order details.
• Communicates order information to manufacturing to achieve desired outcomes.
• Acts as liaison between the company and dealers for complaints and resolution.
• Prints and proofs construction data and dealer approvals for manufacturing.
