Caldic is seeking a Customer Service professional to support the US business from our Elgin office. You will handle orders, inquiries, and regulatory documentation, while coordinating with Sales and other departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer care/service (2+ years).
• Food industry experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones for Chicago regional office as first contact.
• Enter customer orders into internal system; handle emails, calls, and faxes.
• Provide follow-up to ensure delivery commitments and send order confirmations.
• Inform customers about product availability, pricing, specs, and delivery estimates.
• Send regulatory technical document packages upon request.
• Maintain professional contact with customers at all times.
