Job summary

Global Furniture Group is hiring a Customer Care Representative in the Houston, TX area to support clients by accurately entering and reviewing order details, ensuring timely processing and exceptional service. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The position handles orders, pricing, credits, returns, demos, and shipment tracking while collaborating with dealers and territory managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 3–6 years related experience or training.
• Global product knowledge and processes.
• Articulate email, fax and verbal communication clearly.
• Read and interpret standard business materials and procedures.
• Prepare reports and respond to questions from managers and customers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions via email and phone.
• Handle increased volume of customer care emails and calls.
• Provide product information and pricing.
• Process credits, return authorizations and factory chargebacks.
• Process warranty and replacement orders.
• Track shipments and check order status.
• Support Dealers and Territory Managers.
• Follow department and company guidelines.
