Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our Customer Care Team in Roswell, GA. You will handle online orders, SPOs, and vendor shipments, collaborating with store leadership to exceed customer expectations.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or call center, strong communication skills, and the ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior exposure to golf/tennis products is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years in a call center or relevant customer service role.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multiple systems and effective written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent customer experience with efficient, timely resolutions.
• Resolve issues with online orders, SPOs, and vendor shipments.
• Research and resolve questions using multiple systems.
• Troubleshoot with store leadership and vendors to find solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Specialists and partners to meet goals.
• Manage E-Commerce orders domestically and internationally.
• Support Studio scheduling and order management post-sale; generate FedEx intercepts/returns/claims as needed.
