Job summary

PGA TOUR Superstore is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our growing ecommerce team in Roswell, GA. The role focuses on resolving customer needs, processing orders, and delivering exceptional service.

You will engage with internal and external customers by phone and email, guiding them through troubleshooting and our online store. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a year of call center experience, and strong multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Min 1 year of call center or relevant customer service experience.
• Savvy at multi-tasking while using technology and handling calls.
• Knowledge of golf/tennis industry is a plus.
• Call Center experience, highly preferred.
• Experience with Service Now, ITSM/CSM, SAP, Kibo OMS, Cybersource, Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to emails or make outbound calls to assist customers.
• Research customer questions using multiple systems.
• Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating the ecommerce site.
• Collaborate with other Customer Service Specialists and partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
• Serve as liaison for special orders between vendor and customer.
