Zusammenfassung

Lineage is seeking a customer service associate to process orders, track product availability, and handle inquiries in a timely manner. This role is hybrid, with Monday through Friday 8:30am–5pm and a $20 per hour wage.

You will invoice and verify accounts, ensure inbound receipts accuracy, and build professional relationships with customers. You will also generate reports and coordinate with warehouse and operations to meet client requests.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Invoice and verify accounts accurately and timely.
• Verify inbound receipts for accuracy.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships professionally.
• Generate customer reports on request (weekly, monthly).
• Coordinate availability of product and schedule for daily shifts with warehouse team.
• Coordinate with Operations on special client requests; expediting when necessary.
• Serve as first point of contact to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain and file documentation in an organized manner.
