Job summary

Tustin Ranch Golf Club is seeking a part-time Golf Course Marshal / Customer Service attendant to assist arriving guests, manage first-tee flow, and monitor pace of play in a fast-paced outdoor setting. No starting experience is required, but golf knowledge is preferred.

Ideal candidates will have a friendly personality, strong customer orientation, and dependable work habits. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Distribute scorecards, pencils, and other items as needed.
• Explain course policies and conditions to guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Part-time Golf Course Marshal / Customer Service role at Tustin Ranch Golf Club focused on guest service, first-tee flow, and pace-of-play management. The position supports arriving guests, helps create a positive on-course experience, and assists with course management in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Beginners are welcome, and prior golf course starting experience is not required, though golf knowledge is preferred.

Experience Required

• Must have a valid driver's license if driving golf carts or range equipment
• Must have a strong work ethic

• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, holidays, and during golf season as needed

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance
• Provide information regarding the golf course, play time, and other golf-related inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service to arriving guests and expedite the check-in process
• Verify all revenues have been properly recorded through receipt inspection before starting a game
• Keep golf shop personnel informed regarding pace of play from the first tee
• Supply guests with scorecards, pencils, and other items as needed
• Advise guests of course conditions and expected pace of play
• Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
