Golf Course Marshal in Pecos, TX is a part-time role focusing on maintaining a smooth pace of play and delivering a positive experience for all golfers. You will monitor activity, assist players, enforce course policies, and help ensure safe operations throughout the course.

You will also manage tee times, communicate delays or course conditions, and uphold etiquette while providing excellent customer service in a friendly, professional manner. Prior golf or hospitality exposure is a plus.

Golf Course Marshal

Position: Golf Course Marshal

Reports To: Golf Course GM / Superintendent

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Golf Course Marshal to help maintain an enjoyable pace of play and a positive experience for all golfers.
