Job summary

Temecula Creek Inn seeks a friendly golf cart attendant to deliver clean, safe transport for guests and provide first-class service at all times. You will greet guests, assist with bags, maintain carts, and support daily clubhouse operations.

The role requires attention to detail, English fluency, and a willingness to work collaboratively in a resort setting, including occasional standing, walking, and sun exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; work permit if under 18.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous resort experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and organized with strong safety mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional manner.
• Ability to work with little supervision and be a reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide first-class customer service at arrival.
• Maintain and stock golf carts; assist guests with bags.
• Clean and manage golf cart fleet and related records.
• Assist with maintenance, cleaning range balls, and cart charging.
• Issue rental clubs and clean returned clubs.
• Enforce pace of play and daily play policies; report issues.
• Promote services offered by the golf course.
• Report hazards and maintain safety in work areas.
