Tustin Ranch Golf Club is seeking a part-time Golf Course Marshal / Customer Service attendant to assist arriving guests, manage first-tee flow, and monitor pace of play in a fast-paced outdoor setting. No starting experience is required, but golf knowledge is preferred.

Ideal candidates will have a friendly personality, strong customer orientation, and dependable work habits. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is valued.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to stay calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Golf knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Provide information about the course, play time, and related inquiries.
• Assist arriving guests and help expedite the check-in process.
• Monitor pace of play and communicate with shop staff.
• Distribute scorecards, pencils, and other items as needed.
• Explain course policies and conditions to guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
