Service Partners is seeking a Customer Service Rep / Account Services Associate / Inside Sales Assistant for our Spokane Valley, WA location. You will be the primary customer contact, handling orders, information requests, and coordinating with sales, production, credit, and delivery to fulfill orders.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional service, strong communication, and the ability to learn new systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn new computer systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for our branch, providing order support and product information for our customers.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
