Job summary

Domino's in Spokane Valley is seeking Customer Service Representatives with a positive personality and energetic voice who are customer service oriented. You will interact with customers throughout your shift and relay product details, services, charges, and other information as needed.

Responsibilities include answering questions, opening/maintaining accounts, preparing/packaging food, collecting payments, resolving issues, and supporting the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Be attentive to detail and customer oriented.
• Have cash handling skills.
• Be energetic, friendly, and able to engage customers.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Answer product and service questions and advertise offerings.
• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating information.
• Prepare and package food products for customers.
• Collect payment and hand out orders to customers.
• Resolve product or service issues and follow up on resolutions.
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Contribute to team effort by handling related requests as needed.
