Job summary

Bomnin Automotive in Miami, FL is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Care Associate to be the first point of contact for customers both in person and online. You will handle reception, manage our Business Development Center (BDC), process service payments, issue receipts, and keep accurate records across sales, service, and parts.

You’ll collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and maintain organized customer data.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
• Proficient communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to use dealership software and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Manage the Business Development Center (BDC) across channels (phone, email, chat).
• Coordinate service appointment scheduling for a smooth customer experience.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain transaction records for sales, service and parts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and inquiries.
• Maintain updated customer records within the CRM system.
• Scan service repair orders daily and organize reception area.
