Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Dispatching or scheduling experience is a plus but training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule service, maintenance, and installations.
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and promote maintenance memberships.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain accurate customer records.
• Dispatch technicians and optimize schedules as required.
