Job summary

Parks Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring a Customer Service & Dispatch Support Representative in the Charlotte, NC area. The role focuses on proactive outbound calls, scheduling, and providing timely updates to customers during the service process.

The CSR/DSR will handle inbound calls, book service appointments, and support the dispatch team with accurate communication, aiming for exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• At least one year of call-center, customer service, scheduling, or dispatch support experience is preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home-service, or related industries is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceTitan, Dispatch Pro, or similar CRM/dispatch software is a plus.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining accuracy and empathy.
• Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and convert appropriate calls into booked service appointments.
• Provide professional information about appointments, services, and technician availability.
• Make outbound calls to schedule service, maintenance, and membership appointments.
• Keep customers informed with arrival times, delays, and schedule changes.
• Document all interactions in the CRM and notify leadership of major delays.
• Support dispatch with accurate, timely communication and updates.
