Job summary

Stewart Moving & Storage in Jacksonville is seeking a CustomerCare Coordinator to work closely with customers and team members to accurately and efficiently define, schedule, and coordinate each customer’s move. This role focuses on delivering the Stewart standard of care at our Jacksonville location by maintaining clear communication and providing a high level of support.

Your mission is to help ensure every customer experiences the Stewart standard of care—ultimately “Bringing you home.”

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to confirm move details and schedule crew arrival times.
• Maintain and organize job folders, ensuring all paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with required procedures.
• Act as the primary liaison between Stewart Moving & Storage, the relocating customer, and any assigned carriers, ensuring clear ongoing communication throughout the move to deliver an exceptional customer care experience.
• Identify and elevate issues promptly by notifying the Customer Service Manager so that concerns can be resolved quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate required services with appropriate vendors, and maintain open communication with origin agents, hauling agents, destination agents, third-party providers, dispatchers and drivers to ensure they are fully prepared and informed.
• Manage workload independently, prioritizing tasks, multitasking efficiently, and achieving objectives without direct supervision.
• Handle and resolve recurring calls and issues, ensuring consistent, high-quality support for customers and team members.
