Job summary

CarePro Home Medical - Cedar Rapids in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a full-time Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on helping patients with medical equipment, handling intake, and delivering exceptional service.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a collaborative team environment and a focus on patient privacy and accuracy in all duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in home medical equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Medicare rules and insurance reimbursement is a plus.
• Strong computer skills including data entry, Microsoft Office, and internet navigation.
• Attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake and process orders for delivery, pick-up, or changes in service.
• Help customers with medical equipment and supplies, including adjustments, training, and demonstrations.
• Accurately complete order forms, determine charges, collect co-pays, and enter data into systems.
• Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and medical professionals while protecting patient privacy.
• Receive inventory, restock shelves, and label products in the retail area.
• Answer phone calls and assist retail customers in person

CarePro Home Medical - Cedar Rapids is looking for a full-time Customer Care Coordinator to join our team!

In this role, you’ll assist patients and customers with medical equipment, handle intake, and provide excellent customer service to meet their needs. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
