Job summary

Progress Residential in Tempe, AZ seeks a Customer Care Associate (In Training) to deliver top-tier service to prospective and current residents. You’ll use strong communication to handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues, with a 60‑day training period before advancing to Tier 1.

During training, you may not access PTO; after success, you move into the Tier 1 role, joining a collaborative, resident-focused team with ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer support role within a call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work onsite in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to prospective and current residents via phone and email channels.
• Answer inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to Progress Residential's products and services.
• Identify and elevate complex issues to Tier 2 support teams.
• Document customer interactions and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution.
