Our team is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic *Customer Care Associate* to join our remote team! What You'll Do:
* Be the friendly voice that answers incoming customer calls and logs them accurately.
* Support multiple energy efficiency programs and seamlessly manage various phone lines.
* Promote participation in programs customers may qualify for-help them save energy and money!
* Resolve inquiries related to products, services, billing, and more.
* Build strong relationships by delivering top-tier customer service.
* Handle complaints with care and offer thoughtful solutions.
* Make outbound calls to schedule appointments, conduct surveys, and share program offerings.
* Follow up on unresolved calls to ensure complete satisfaction.
* Keep customers informed about their application and rebate status.
* Maintain accurate records in our customer database.
* Collaborate with Program Managers, Energy Engineers, and Advisors.
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels.
What You Bring:
* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
* 1-2 years of customer service experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Strong data entry and problem-solving skills.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish? That's a plus!
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed.
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
