More about the role :

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering questions about TurboTax products and tax return software. Common inquiries include Downloading, Logging In, Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing, Filing, and basic Tax questions. Continuous support will be provided.
• Get paid $18.50 per hour¹
• Earn a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available. To qualify, work at least 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th².
• Receive a $310 Bonus for participating in the certification process as a TurboTax Product Expert³.
• Certification lasts 3 days.
• Build your own schedule with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday.
• A minimum of 30 hours per week is required; more hours are welcome.
• You will be supported by an SME (Subject Matter Expert) during live calls and have an advocate in the Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS).

Required Experience & Skills
