FLOWERS.com Inc. is seeking an Analyst to join the Enterprise Customer Care Reporting & Analytics team. The role bridges business needs and data-driven solutions, translating complex data into actionable insights for enterprise care leaders and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience working with data, reporting, analytics, databases, or related functions.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Snowflake, and Sigma with experience working with large datasets.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying, analyzing, and validating data within Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
• Working knowledge of SQL also with SSMS preferably with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with Python, R, VBA, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate findings into business insights.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including fact and dimension tables.
• Experience defining and documenting business metrics, rules, and data definitions.
• Great attention to data accuracy, validation, and consistency.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance trends to identify insights and opportunities to improve customer experience and operations.
• Translate findings into clear insights and recommendations for business leaders.
• Gather and document reporting, analytics, and data requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of Customer Care metrics and KPIs (e.g., service levels, productivity).
• Support recurring daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and ad-hoc reporting needs.
• Define and document business metrics, data definitions, and reporting logic.
• Document data requirements, business rules, and transformation logic for reporting.
• Validate data solutions and reporting against requirements and expected results.
• Identify data gaps and root causes to drive solutions.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to enable quick understanding of performance.
• Advance reporting toward scalable, automated, and self-service analytics.
