Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, achieving performance targets, and navigating multiple applications with accuracy. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in customer service (phone or in person).
• 1 year of call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to type accurately and quickly.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• GED or high school diploma required; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet or exceed performance targets on a regular basis.
• Handle customer needs with integrity and empathy in each interaction.
