Job summary

Regal Rexnord IPS Customer Care Advocacy Internship Program is a fulltime, 11-week paid internship at our Milwaukee HQ starting June 2027. The hybrid model requires onsite work at least 3 days per week with up to 2 remote days, including Fridays.

Interns will gain real-world experience by supporting Customer Care, Marketing and Training functions, and by leading projects, analyzing data in Power BI, and presenting outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in business, marketing or related field.

Work Model: Work Model: You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday-Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

Internship Overview

The Regal Rexnord IPS Customer Care Advocacy Internship Program is a fulltime, 11-week paid internship at our Headquarters in Milwaukee starting June 2027.

The program is designed for students to gain real world experience by developing strong functional/technical expertise and business knowledge through challenging, hands-on assignment and to expose them to various groups across our Global Customer Care team and the Business. Over the course of 11 weeks, associates will complete work assignments and work projects to support Customer Care, Marketing and Training functions.

What You'll Do

• Project Management: Lead and contribute to customer care projects aimed at improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret customer care data in Power BI to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer care processes and efficiency.

• Customer Interaction: Assist with handling customer inquiries and resolving case issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).

• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, commercial excellence) to ensure project alignment with company goals and customer needs.

• Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to develop essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and project management.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a Business Administration, Marketing or related major

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

• Ability to take direction well and work independently
