Job summary

Regal Rexnord IPS Customer Care Advocacy Internship Program in Milwaukee offers a fulltime, 11-week paid internship at our headquarters starting June 2027. The role provides hands-on experience in project management, data analysis, and process improvement across customer care and marketing teams.

• Assist with handling customer inquiries and resolving case issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Prepare and present reports on project progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, commercial excellence) to ensure project alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Participate in training sessions to develop essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and project management.

Work Model

You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

Program Duration: June 2, 2027 - August 13, 2027 (~11 weeks). Location: Milwaukee, WI HQ.

Internship Overview

The Regal Rexnord IPS Customer Care Advocacy Internship Program is a fulltime, 11-week paid internship at our Headquarters in Milwaukee starting June 2027. The program is designed for students to gain real world experience by developing strong functional/technical expertise and business knowledge through challenging, hands‑on assignment and to expose them to various groups across our Global Customer Care team and the Business. Over the course of 11 weeks, associates will complete work assignments and work projects to support Customer Care, Marketing and Training functions.

What You’ll Do
