Enterprise Mobility, owner of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo brands, is hiring an Administrative Representative in Augusta, GA. You will deliver a high level of customer service primarily by phone and provide essential administrative support to internal teams and customers.

Starting pay is $14 per hour with a 40 hour week. Benefits include paid time off, employee car discounts, 401(k) with matching profit sharing, health, life, dental and vision insurance, plus training

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative experience.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes and general questions, providing information and resolution for customers and vendors.
• Make outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
• Provide high level customer service over the phone and assist in rental needs.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance to customers.
