TD Bank in the United States is seeking a Teller II to operate at a TD Store location, delivering legendary customer experiences while processing routine banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You will also educate customers on TD's products and services and refer them to partners for specialized solutions.

Responsibilities include managing cash, balancing drawers, assisting with customer inquiries, and training new tellers.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent communication skills.

Mansioni

• Performs customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments efficiently.
• Processes cash transactions such as cashing checks, verifying currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits with a high level of accuracy.
• Educates customers on TD's products and services or refers them to a partner for specialized solutions.
• Trains and mentors new Tellers and assists store leadership as directed.
