Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and withdrawals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Balance cash drawer and verify currency.
• Educate customers on TD products and services or refer to a partner for solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues per standard procedures.
• Assist with lobby flow and guide customers to appropriate services.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act requirements.
