Seacoast Bank is seeking a Customer Service/Banca Associate in Florida to handle a variety of customer transactions, balance drawers, and provide exceptional service. The role emphasizes building trust, educating customers about Seacoast Bank products, and referring sales opportunities to meet branch goals.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Strong communication, independence, and tech readiness are valued as you contribute to a team that supports client financial goals and community

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail sales or financial services preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a wide range of customer transactions including check cashing, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawers and ensure accuracy in daily transactions.
• Provide product and service information and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Identify referral opportunities and direct customers to appropriate Seacoast Bank products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer deposit and lending products and processes and stay up to date with industry changes.
