Qualifications

• 12+ months experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ months experience in retail banking sales or related field with proven success.
• 6+ months Santander-related experience in this role (endorsement required).
• 6+ months customer service in high-volume environment.
• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• Strong relationship-building and customer experience focus.
• Excellent communication and influence skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to learn and apply sales techniques to meet customer needs.
• Experience in cross-selling products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet the financial needs of customers including transactional and servicing.
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships through branch activities.
