Qualifications

• 12+ Months Experience selling products and/or services
• 6+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or related role
• 6+ Months demonstrated Santander experience in essential functions

Responsibilities

• Meet customer financial needs through transactional, servicing, and product offerings
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships via branch activities and referrals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand financial needs
• Collaborate with team to achieve branch goals and drive performance
• Deliver elevated customer experience with personalized, seamless service
• Handle cash, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies
