Job summary

Santander US is seeking a Sales and Service Banker to act as a trusted advisor to customers, building strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding their financial needs and goals. You will provide tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions while delivering exceptional service and educating customers on digital tools.

Responsibilities include processing teller transactions, identifying cross-sell opportunities, resolving issues, and driving branch sales targets.

Qualifications

• 12+ months experience selling products and/or services.
• 6+ months experience in retail banking sales or related role with proven success.
• 6+ months Santander experience related to the role (AND endorsements).
• 6+ months customer service experience in high-volume environment.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to learn and apply sales techniques to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet the financial needs of the customer including transactional, servicing, and product.
• Identify opportunities to grow banking relationships through branch activities and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and drive performance.
• Ensure elevated customer experience with personalized, seamless service.
