Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is seeking a customer-facing CAE to provide technical support to customers and the broader Sales and FAE team across territories.

The role involves coordinating with the Factory Team, developing opportunities, and guiding new product development with MPS power management products. The candidate should have 5–6 years of hands-on experience in power management or related semiconductor roles, strong English communication skills, and a willingness to travel to

Qualifications

• BE with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in power management, design and testing, or as a Field Application Engineer in the semiconductor industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel to support customer sites as needed.
• Self-starter, self-motivated with ability to operate under minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Customers & Sales Channels Partners throughout territory.
• Coordinate technical matters with the Factory Team as needed.
• Manage Joint Development Programs with Customers.
• Identify new potential customers, applications and opportunities with the right products.
• Coordinate with HQ for new product promotions.
• Bring new product ideas for future business development.
• Collaborate with customers on system architecture design and troubleshooting.
• Lead technical discussions and hands-on demonstrations, including evaluating kits.
• Develop and deliver technical training for internal teams and customers.
