Job summary

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is seeking a new grad Application Engineer to act as a field technical liaison, supporting customers in design and application of the company’s products.

You will troubleshoot system applications on customer requests and resolve engineering issues related to systems applications. You will assess customers’ requirements, help prepare proposals, and participate in seminars and meetings to promote MPS in the field.

Qualifications

• BS/BE or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in analog power management electronics and DC-DC converter design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison in the field to support customers in design and application of the company’s products.
• Troubleshoot system applications on customer requests and resolve engineering issues.
• Evaluate customer requirements and assist with proposals; represent MPS at seminars and meetings.
