Job summary

You will lead analytics from prequalification through conversion, build models, and present to senior leadership while collaborating with teams to ensure data integrity and actionable decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAS, SQL, Python, R, or other analytics programming languages.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and deliver high-quality analytics outputs.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience collaborating across departments and functions.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical frameworks to uncover insights and optimize conversion funnels across customer touchpoints.
• Analyze data sets to identify patterns, trends, and friction points in the customer journey.
• Develop models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand customer behavior drivers and channel performance.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives.
• Ensure data integrity by monitoring data sources and quality controls.
