Job summary

Sallie Mae is seeking an experienced analytics professional to join the Enterprise Web Analytics team in Delaware. You will analyze digital performance, customer journeys, and marketing data to drive actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.

You’ll develop scalable analytics processes, partner with cross-functional teams, and present findings to senior management. A strong technical background in web analytics and data storytelling is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years in web or marketing analytics, or 5+ years with a Master’s.
• Experience with SQL and Adobe Analytics to extract and analyze large datasets.
• Experience with enterprise analytics tools (GA, Heap, Contentsquare, etc.).
• Strong communication and ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Create, enhance, analyze, and maintain reporting on website performance and digital journeys.
• Develop dashboards and measurement frameworks to support strategic decisions.
• Lead forecasting processes and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements based on customer behavior and trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, UX, and other teams.
• Lead analytics implementation and reporting best practices.
