Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates in Boise, Idaho, with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience. The role offers hourly pay starting at $17 with growth potential to $19, plus a culture of rapid advancement and comprehensive benefits.

The position requires shifts from 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm, 7 days a week with rotating days off. Training provided for vehicle deliveries and safety responsibilities; strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors with training provided.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safety.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain an acceptable driving record per policy.
