Job Duties:
  • Navigate clients through the sales process, establishing trust and selling value throughout
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully
  • Guide clients to online tools for reviewing vehicle options, packages, and features
  • Prepare and present demo vehicles with the latest technology enabled and ready for display
  • Explain product performance and benefits
  • Describe optional equipment available for purchase
  • Perform high-quality, professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager on pricing tiers and technology options
  • Prepare email collateral for clients before scheduled appointments to keep them informed
