Unknown is a healthcare AI company focused on turning customer outcomes into growth. We are building a customer advocacy engine from the ground up in a fast-growing startup culture with emphasis on regulated industry experience.

The role will establish a Customer Advisory Board and reference program, bring customer proof points into website and sales materials, and develop reporting to track pipeline contribution and community engagement. Remote with San Francisco as the primary location.

Formación

• 7-10 years in B2B customer marketing, advocacy, or product marketing.
• Experience building advocacy programs in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Base salary $180,000 to $200,000 annually.
• Remote with San Francisco as the primary location.
