Customer Advisor - NI at B&Q

Shifts available Monday - Sunday, 7:00am - 10:00pm

UK Notional hourly rate £12.71 per hour

Overview

• Part Time - 23.75 hours per week
• 3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities

• Become an expert advisor – greet customers, understand their home improvement projects, and provide helpful guidance.
• Help customers purchase products and use technology for their projects.
• Manage stock, set up displays, and keep the store looking great.
• Deliver high quality customer service that drives sales.
• Have the opportunity to be trained in paint-mixing and cutting timber.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enthusiastic about home improvement.
• Enjoy working in a team and flexible to work a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
• Eager to learn, adapt to new technology, and use new ways of working.
