Job summary

Halfords Group PLC is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the Autocentre team in Bridgwater. The role involves handling job bookings in-house, addressing customer technical questions, and delivering a high-standard customer experience in a busy, automotive service environment.

You will work 5 days a week over 44 hours, with an alternate Saturday shift, and have access to a comprehensive benefits package and bonus opportunities. This is a key front-line position within Halfords Autocentres.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driver’s licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming face for customers and handle job bookings in our in-house system.
• Discuss technical concerns with customers and provide clear, helpful guidance.

• Comprising a base salary of £30,000
