Ulta Beauty is seeking a Marketing Manager, Customer Opportunities & Activation, to translate customer strategy into activations that deepen loyalty and drive value. You will own the activation pipeline from definition to launch, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate is data-informed, action-oriented, and able to influence without direct authority across Personalization, Channel, Digital, CRM, Analytics, Loyalty, and other partners.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience developing and executing customer activations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional activations from opportunity to optimization.
• Strong analytics with experience sizing opportunities using customer data.

Responsabilidades

• Develop activation roadmap and size audiences.
• Lead cross-functional sessions to define activation plans.
• Own activation tracking and resolve blockers.
• Collaborate with teams on measurement and rollout.
• Prepare leadership materials on performance.
