Job summary

Buell Fuel | Center State Propane is seeking a Full time Customer Account Administrator in Waterville, NY. You will provide friendly customer support in person, by phone, and by email, while maintaining accurate residential and commercial account records.

The role offers a daytime, weekday schedule with occasional Saturday hours, and a pay range of $17.00-$20.00 per hour. Opportunity for growth exists within a family-owned company serving upstate New York.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in the fuel delivery, propane, or heating industry a plus.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support in person, by phone, and by email.
• Set up, update, and maintain accurate residential and commercial customer account records.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Handle administrative data entry, reporting, and reconciliation for company assets, purchasing, and stock.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive office environment.
• Bill and invoice work orders and ensure all safety reporting policies and procedures are documented and followed.
