Bourne's Energy seeks a Customer Service Representative to join our Vermont team. You will answer calls, greet walk-ins, update accounts using the ADDS E3 system, and handle clerical tasks including inventory, payments, and postings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of customer service experience including computer work preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers at the front desk.
• Maintain customer accounts using the ADDS E3 system and update logs.
• Handle clerical tasks: inventory control, AP/AR, postings, payments, and deposits.
• Develop knowledge of all departments, products, services, and delivery schedules.
• Support promotions and participate in annual market objectives and contests.
• Cross-train with staff and assist with miscellaneous office duties.
