Buell Fuels & Center State Propane is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative in Deansboro, NY. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and support accounts receivable while learning products from gasoline, diesel, heating oil, and propane offerings.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Fuel, propane or heating industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company products and services (gasoline, diesel, heating oil, propane, etc.).
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Process customer orders, account updates, and payments accurately.
• Analyze customer accounts and make necessary corrections or adjustments.
• Assist with accounts receivable functions as assigned.
• Trace and expedite late orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Utilize leads to expand the customer base and follow up on opportunities promptly.
• Maintain organized records and complete required paperwork.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Filling propane tanks for customers.
