Job summary

Buell Fuel is seeking a Customer Account Administrator for our Waterville, NY office. This full-time role focuses on maintaining accurate customer records, handling inquiries, and supporting billing and reporting tasks in a busy office environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service experience, and strong computer skills. Propane or heating industry experience is a plus, and a teamwork-focused, detail-oriented approach is valued.

• Experience in the fuel delivery, propane, or heating industry a plus.
• Strong computer and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer support in person, by phone, and by email.
• Set up, update, and maintain accurate residential and commercial customer account records.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Handle administrative data entry, reporting, and reconciliation for company assets, purchasing, and stock.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive office environment.
• Bill and invoice work orders and ensure safety reporting policies and procedures are documented and followed.

We're looking for a Full time Customer Account Administrator at ourWaterville office - someone dependable, professional, and motivated to grow with us!

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, professional customer support in person, by phone, and by email
